Adedamola Fagbamigbe

Adedamola is an Associate at the Firm, with a multidisciplinary background spanning Communications and Law. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Language Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.), both from the University of Ibadan, and is a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

She advises on corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, company secretarial matters, estate planning, trust advisory and corporate structuring. Her approach combines legal precision with commercial insight, enabling her to deliver practical solutions to the legal and governance needs of businesses, individuals, and families.

Adedamola has a particular interest in estate planning, trusts, succession planning, and tax-efficient wealth structuring, and is committed to helping clients preserve and transfer wealth across generations with clarity and intention.
