Mr. Ebitibi Akeke is a passionate legal mind and a daring entrepreneur with a track record of initiating and promoting diverse innovative and problem-solving initiatives and businesses. In the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly between year 2020 and 2021, he audaciously founded BSY Legal, a new generation law practice, as well as Brave Switch & Young, a Wealth Management and Estate Planning company. Between 2020 and 2026, he has founded many other active ventures and initiatives including a duly registered charitable organization called Mercy for Mercy Education and Support Trust Foundation, which has consistently facilitated the education of underprivileged children and providing support to women, widows in particular, as well as identifying and offering support to persons in need.

Mr. Akeke began his professional legal career with Punuka Attorneys and Solicitors, a top-tier full-service law firm in Lagos, Nigeria, where he honed his skills as a legal practitioner in litigation, corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Akeke evolved along the line with additional interests in Financial Services/Investment Banking, Capital Market, Estate Planning and Trusteeship. He possesses a wealth of experience in the Capital Market industry having functioned as Head of Legal, Trust and Estate Planning services, as well as rendering full Company Secretarial services at Investment One Financial Services Ltd (formerly GTB Asset Management Ltd), a top-tier Capital Market Operator. During this period, Mr. Akeke qualified as a Sponsored Individual (Trusteeship) by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Akeke's combined experience in Capital Market Transactions from Investment One, and quality legal practice at Punuka Attorneys and Solicitors were significantly instrumental to the establishment of both BSY Legal and Brave Switch & Young Wealth Mgt. and Estate Planning Company Limited, which have consistently helped several clients in solving technical legal issues as well as planning their estates with a focus to solving potential future problems today.

Mr. Akeke studied law at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun state, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He has since then, earned several certifications and qualifications.
