Glorious Ofeh

Glorious is a legal practitioner with experience advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, renewable energy projects, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions and estate planning. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Benson Idahosa University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018.

Her practice is focused on providing strategic legal and commercial advisory services to businesses and entrepreneurs. She advises on corporate structuring, investment transactions, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, and risk management, helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial environments while positioning their ventures for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

She holds a Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) Qualification from the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, which strengthens her ability to provide integrated legal and business advisory support to enterprises at various stages of growth.

Glorious serves in a leadership capacity at Women in Renewable Energy Canada, a multinational renewable energy organization committed to advancing sustainable energy development, investment, and access across emerging markets. She is particularly interested in the intersection of energy, infrastructure, finance, ESG, and corporate development, and is passionate about leveraging the law as a tool for economic growth, innovation, and sustainable development across Africa.
